The first edition came with a nice introductory chapter on "Atheism and the Quest for God in Ancient Egypt" by the late, great scholar, Christian Ehrhardt. It is an inheritance from God. He gave it to us, so that we would no longer be slaves to men, but to each other. If a man asks for the Holy Spirit and is willing to give it, God blesses that person. That person is a blessing in this life. In the next life, they will have the power to bless those they love. So if you love someone, go ahead and give them the gift of the Holy Spirit.
